When we sat down together, we talked through what they’d enjoyed most from that wedding and how to bring those touches into their own celebration. With little experience in catering or event planning, they trusted us to guide them through their vision, expectations, and budget—and together, we created a plan that brought it all to life.

During our planning session, Luke and Josie told us the canapés were an absolute must—we shifted from a family-style meal to a buffet, allowing us to honour their top priority while staying within budget.

We were able to deliver a full experience—canapés, a grazing table, and dessert—all seamlessly timed to create a relaxed, stress-free day.
